Humour card for everyone who has ever heard "Are we nearly there yet?" on a journey and especially those who enjoy Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen.
Even as the carriage approached the gates, Kitty and Lydia Bennet continued to enquire "Are we nearly there yet?"
The card has been designed in collage using a vintage illustration from The Secret Panel (1894) together with an endpaper from The Mill on the Floss.
The image is made using papers carefully cut from well read (often disintegrating) books and assembled by hand to create the photographed/scanned image.
The card is A6 which measures 10 cm wide by 14.8 cm tall.
It is professionally printed with a finished surface on 300 gsm card. The interior is blank for your own message and there is no finish to this so that it is easy to write on with any type of pen or pencil.
Each card comes with a brown linear textured envelope.
