Pair of monochrome square pencils with William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet on.
The pencils are manufactured by a family firm in the same county. I then use a vintage hot foil printing machine to put the text onto the pencil. As the equipment is older it may not produce the exact uniform look of a modern printed pencil but the slight variations add to character of these pencils.
Each pencil has a standard graphite lead which will write grey. They are supplied unsharpened and can be sharpened with a pen knife or the larger hole of a standard double pencil sharpener.
Pencils are square with a dipped end and measure approximately 18cm long, 0.6cm (6mm) wide.
