Literary themed coaster featuring Jane Eyre from the classic novel by Charlotte Brontë.

The design has the caption -
Jane Eyre handed over the novel with trepidation.  What if Mrs. Fairfax was the sort of woman who turned down page corners.

Featuring a collage with an illustration by John H Bacon from Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë.  The background endpaper is taken from The Imperial Dictionary of the English Language by John Ogilvie (1884).  The image is made using papers carefully cut from well read editions of the book and assembled by hand to create the final photographed/scanned image.

Perfect for Brontë fans, those who are apprehensive to lend out their books and bookish types with a sense of humour.

The coaster measures 10 cm by 10cm.

It is professionally printed with a matt textured wipe clean surface and has a cork back to protect furniture.

Lightweight postable gift.
