A humorous card based on the characters from Jane Austen's novel Pride and Prejudice.
Much as Lizzy loved to receive a letter, this was the third time in a month that Jane had included spoilers in her correspondence.
The card has been designed in collage using an illustration by Charles E. Brock from Pride and Prejudice (1929 edition) with an endpaper from Histoire de la Musique by Henry Boyer.
The image is made using papers carefully cut from well read (often disintegrating) books and assembled by hand to create the photographed/scanned image.
The card is A6 which measures 10 cm wide by 14.8 cm tall.
It is professionally printed with a finished surface on 300 gsm card. The interior is blank for your own message and there is no finish to this so that it is easy to write on with any type of pen or pencil.
Each card comes with a brown linear textured envelope.
