These bookmarks are made from cards from a vintage card game called George Cansdale's Pets made by Pepys in the 1950s. This has been well played with and the cards are in quite a worn condition.
Repurposed into a useful bookmark with the addition of a ribbon they make an unusual bookmark.
The card measures approximately 6x9 cm and has a ribbon around 11cm long.
