With a deep blue cloth cover and white with gilt decoration this book is Folio 40 a catalogue issued by the Folio Society detailing the books issued during their first 40 years.

The book has been read and enjoyed by a previous owner so may show signs of wear to the cover.

Measurements are approximately 22 cm x 14 cm (8.75" x 5.5").  It is designed to be hung on a wall but can also be displayed on a shelf or table with the folding stand that is included in the box.

The quartz movement has a sweep (non-ticking) second hand for quieter operation which is ideal in a nursery environment or for anyone who doesn't like to hear a ticking clock.  Operated using one AA 1.5V battery (not supplied).
