This wall hanging piece is made from a solid oak drawer front from a vintage set of library index drawers.
Featuring a classic John Tenniel illustration of Alice and text that have been cut from an original 1927 edition of Through The Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll (it was damaged so no harm has been caused to a copy in good condition if you are worried about this).
Measuring 18 cm x 13.5 cm (7 inches x 3.25 inches) there is a metal D-ring hanging loop on the back so it can be hooked onto a nail or picture hanger.
Made using vintage materials each of these wall art pieces has a different design and unique patina to the wood and handle.
